    齐鲁印象-饮食篇

        小时候我从父母辈那里被灌输了一个观点,就是我作为一个南方人恐怕很难适应北方的饮食。这次来到山东,发现其实不然。山东的饮食确有其特色。我所领教到的一个著名的吃法就是把取自各道菜的精华裹在面制的薄饼里面,供嚼食。这种吃法在上海有一个耳熟能详的名字――煎饼果子,只是我不知道这究竟是山东本地人给这种独特的吃法起的爱称,抑或只是其它地方人的信口相传。口味上,山东的饭店的相比南方略显口味偏重,调味品使用得比较多。在山东,大葱和大蒜可是下菜时常见的佐料。可能这就是让老一辈的很多南方人不习惯的原因之一吧。不过在我看来,却觉得也可以接受。虽然辛辣,但是落个清脆。在饭桌上也让我们见识了山东人的实在。随便一个菜必然是大大的一盆,岂是海上很多广式餐厅能比的?在日照,人均也不过十来元就可以把我们每个人吃撑得走不动路。

        日照作为一个海滨城市,那里的海味自然是它饮食的又一个特色。品海味,得去城市郊外的小村庄,便宜又新鲜。我们一行去的是一个叫桃花岛的小村庄,村里的桃花岛大酒店的老板娘是地主的老相识。虽然濑料虾、扇贝、牡蛎等在各大城市都不少见,但是来这里吗,就是图吃一个痛快。可惜我们几个每个人只有一个胃,这恐怕是我们在日照最大的遗憾吧。
